If one of your SAM blocks turns out to have a critical defect, please simply fill in this replacement form.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may be causing you. All SAM Labs products come with a hassle-free 1-year warranty. In order to register your two-year warranty, please log into your account and register the kit. Beyond this date, please contact us directly via live chat or email.

Before submitting, we would strongly recommend you consult our troubleshooting page on how to quickly reset our blocks (this usually solves most issues!)
