Advisory Board Members
Kathy Hurley
Advisory Board Chair
Kathleen Hurley is a former senior executive at IBM and Pearson, and current advisor to educational technology companies, associations, and superintendent networks. A Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow, she co-founded Girls Thinking Global, now merged with the Women's Education Project (WEP).
Dr. M. Ann Levett
Dr. Levett retired as superintendent of Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools after serving as its Chief Academic Officer. She previously held leadership roles in Dayton, Ohio, and academic positions at Antioch University and Yale University School of Medicine. A published author and international consultant, she serves as assistant executive director of AASA. Named Georgia's STEAM Advocate of the Year (2019) and a National Superintendent to Watch (2021).
Kam Patton
Kam Patton served 12 years as superintendent of Collier County Public Schools (Naples, FL) and was named Florida Superintendent of the Year in 2022. Previously Assistant Superintendent at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, she now chairs the Florida Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Florida initiative and remains active in FADSS.
Dr. Baron Davis
Dr. Davis brings seven years as superintendent of Richland Two School District in Columbia, SC, where he made history as the district's first African-American superintendent. He holds two master's degrees and a doctorate from the University of South Carolina, and is an active ERDI member.
