Our Customer Success team is exactly that, a team of former educators who make sure every SAM Labs customer successfully implements our solutions with ease and confidence. 

To ensure that success at the highest level, we offer professional development courses to cultivate educators’ knowledge, skills and mindsets preparing them to lead STEAM and Coding initiatives in their classrooms, libraries, clubs and makerspaces.

Sessions are offered asynchronously through Thinkific, a la carte, and combined for half or full-day sessions, so teachers can work through the sessions at their own pace. We also offer live, in-person full day sessions. At the end of each level, teachers can choose to become a SAM Labs certified educator with a short assessment.
